What clients say . . .
”Becky has helped me chart a positive and inclusive path through some of my most challenging experiences as a leader, most notably in the areas of performance management, staff development, and strategic visioning. She is reflective, insightful, open, courageous and deeply caring. She has interfaced exceptionally well with all constituents involved with Squash Haven - students, staff, families, and board members alike. I would trust her to go to for anything."

"Working with Becky has given me important insight into my organization’s strengths and challenges. Her calm presence and deep listening skills are a huge asset as an organizational consultant. She helps me see challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives and always checks in on action items to see things through to resolution. I highly recommend Becky as an organizational consultant and as an executive coach.”
- Abby Markoe, Executive Director, SquashWise Baltimore |
"After working with Becky at SquashBusters, where she developed a strong organizational culture and strategy to drive our youth development outcomes, I engaged Becky as a consultant to create an organizational logic model for PlayBall. Becky listened to, advised, and effectively managed a team of PlayBall staff, board members, and volunteers, ultimately helping us arrive at a very strong product. Becky is amazing at this work, great with people, and focused on getting the big picture by nailing the details."

Becky's philosophy is that significant progress does not happen in a straight line; rather, it is an iterative process. Like a coiled line, before moving forward, we must make space to pick up new skills and perspectives, and to integrate them into what we already have and know. When we take the time to do this, we can move forward with greater strength, wisdom, and flexibility, more prepared for the challenges ahead.
Getting to Growth
Leading a high-functioning organization or team
requires a focus on three core components, each of which informs and enables the other:
|
Vision
|
Execution
Executing with excellence requires:
|
Adaptation
To avoid getting stuck in the muck, or to work our way out of it, we need to evaluate what we need: new skills, different tools, an alternate route, or something else.
Becky helps clients to gain a clearer understanding of the challenges they face and to grow and adapt in ways that support their success. |
